By purchasing and using the PRO Account you understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Results from any engineering software should always be double-checked when applied in real-life applications. As a PRO Account user it is your responsibility to verify and validate the output of the calculator.
- The PRO Account is not to be shared without our consent or redistributed as someone else’s work. The PRO Calculator, Moment of Inertia Calculator and Bending Moment Calculator are all the intellectual property of E-Street Developers. Any violations of this will be considered an infringement of Copyright laws.
- The PRO Account is a SINGLE USER account only. You will experience lockouts or suspensions if the account is used simultaneously in two or more locations or at more than 5 IP addresses over a 30 day period.
- All sales are final and there are no refunds unless under exceptional circumstances (you never received the account or you find a genuine fault with it). Please read the detailed features list of the PRO Account so you know exactly what you are purchasing before you agree to pay. The PRO Account is classified as a digital good and is therefore intangible. As a result, refunds cannot be given and it is not covered by PayPal’s Buyer Protection. We do not offer refunds or trials to prevent people using the calculator for their benefit (possibly to complete assignments and homework) and then asking for a refund once they have no use for it anymore.
- Payment is in the form of a yearly subscription. This means you pay for 1 year at a time. If you pay via PayPal then this will be set up as an auto-billing. If you wish to stop the subscription then simply stop paying every year by deactivating the auto-billing by using the “Review Subscription” button within the PRO Calculator. There is no lock-in contract and you are free to cancel this subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees. However, as point #4 states, there are no refunds so once you pay for the current year it is final and your account will remain for the remainder of your yearly term.
